The Run/Walk For Life programme is a three-times-a-week exercise plan. All of the walking and running programmes are suitable to people of any age, fitness level or ability, and promote weight loss, stress relief and have many other medical benefits.


Run/Walk For Life also caters for the more advanced runner and walker. We have our own Run/Walk For Life Athletics Club (one of the large stand fastest growing in the country).

Community is very important to us at RWFL, and a lot of time is focused on ensuring that all of our members have fun while exercising in a non-competitive and non-threatening environment.
